CABINS
- Summer rentals of cabins are by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
(* Peak Summer daily rates only available if we have a last-minute cancellation) - *3-night minimum during holiday weekends, otherwise 2-night minimum on daily rates.
- One dock space included in Cabin rate (In Season). If you want a dock space for your own boat and want to rent a boat with motor, there is an additional cost for the extra dock space. There is a charge for dock space if you have more than one boat. (We have a limited number of dock spaces).
- No Smoking or Vaping inside any cabin or porch. $250 fine if this rule is violated.
- No setting up of tents or screened enclosures.
EXTRA PERSONS – $125.00/person/week or $25.00/person/night (Max. of 2 extra persons in 2 & 3 BR cabins/house)
- There is a $10.00/person charge for guests of yours that visit during the day (Must stay under the Maximum).
- In accordance with the regulations of insurance ALL guests must register in the office – You are responsible for the visitor charge.
- Extra bedding – $5.00/set of linens
DOGS – $150.00/week or $30.00/day — 1 Dog limit per cabin
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times & under control (that includes at your cabin, shorelines, docks, etc.).
- You must notify us before arrival of any dog staying in your cabin or they will not be allowed to stay.
- Dogs must stay in the cabin they are registered to.
- Please clean up after your pet – Dog droppings picked up and disposed of properly.
- Kept in a quiet, orderly manner. Do not leave your dog unattended in the cabin. A bored or upset dog can cause a lot of damage. A $50 fine will be added to your invoice if we must call you because of barking.
- No dogs on beach or in swim area, please.
- You are responsible for any damage by your dogs. Please, keep your dogs off furniture and bedding.
- If you cannot follow these rules, please leave your dog at home. If we receive complaints, you will be asked to put your dogs in the Park Rapids kennel. Be considerate, so we can continue to allow dogs.
DEPOSIT INFO – Payment for deposit must sent within 10 days of making reservation.
- Weekly Rental: $400.00 per Cabin/Week
- Reservations made within 30 days of arrival: Full Rental Amount Due
- Daily Rental: $75.00 per Cabin/Day
- RV Site: $20.00/Day
- Seasonal RV: $400.00 per Site
100% of the deposit will be returned if cancelled on or before January 31 of the year of the reservation.
After January 31, 90% of deposit will be returned only if re-rented for the entire time reserved
Rates do not include Sales Tax
- Payments – Cash, Checks, MC, Visa, American Express or Discover
- We offer a 2.5% discount if entire payment is cash/check
- No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time reserved.
- You are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from your stay.
